All items are handmade with care. I do my best to show accurate images and descriptions, but slight variations in size, colour, and texture are part of what makes each piece unique.

3. Orders
When you place an order, you're agreeing to pay the listed price. I reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order - including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of order.

5. Shipping
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. I ship to Australian addresses only. Orders will typically be processed within a couple of business days.

6. Returns and Refunds
Each piece is handmade, so I don’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery so I can help sort it out. Make sure to check your parcel as soon as it arrives.

7. Privacy
Your privacy matters. I only use your personal details to process your order or get in touch if needed. I won’t share your info with anyone else without your permission.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including images, text, and designs — belongs to Coast and Clay. Please don’t use or reproduce anything without permission.

Coast and Clay is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage from using this website or from purchasing items.
